How to Perform Jump Rope Movements More Accurately? Text with Animated Images Will Show You
Hello everyone, I'm a jump rope enthusiast from Heilongjiang. Today I'm going to share my tips on how to do jump rope correctly.
First, let's take a look at the jump rope posture. Personally, I don't think there's a 'correct' jump rope posture – comfort is key. Let's see the action demonstration below: Figure 1 (Do not reproduce without my permission).

Text description:What is the correct jump rope posture?
Hold the rope behind your back, with your elbows close to or touching your body, and your forearms hanging naturally. Initially, the upper arm should lead the movement, with the wrist initiating the first shake of the rope. Subsequently, the wrist is the primary source of power.
Body posture:Slightly lean forward, with the ball of your foot planted (make sure your heels don't touch the ground), and your knees slightly bent to cushion the impact as you jump. Maintain a relaxed state while jump roping.
Below is a side-view demonstration of straight rope jumping. Pay attention to your wrists, knees, and ankles.
