1 Peel the winter gourd and cut it into pieces of roughly equal size and thickness.

2 Cut the Xian Rou into slightly thicker slices, and slice the ginger.

3 Directly use a cauldron, add a little oil, then put the Xian Rou slices into the cauldron one by one, slowly fry until the Xian Rou becomes transparent, and then stir-fry with ginger slices to remove the fishy smell and enhance the fragrance.
