Weight loss meals are not just oil-free, low-salt steamed dishes. To achieve healthy weight loss, you need to burn more energy than you consume.
The key to a slimming diet is to control your intake of oil and salt – it's about moderation, not prohibition. Consuming no more than 30g of cooking oil and less than 6g of salt can perfectly limit your daily calorie intake and avoid excessive sodium intake.

Breakfast: Muesli Rolls with Banana and Pitaya (Dragon Fruit)
Ingredients:
Mid-protein flour 500g; Grains: Corn flour 30g; Grains: Buckwheat flour 30g; Grains: Soy flour 50g Water as needed
Instructions:
1Measure out all the flours. Add 0.5g of baking soda to the water and stir until dissolved, then add it to the flour to make a dough.
2Stir the dough with a spoon, and when you lift the spoon, the dough should drip slowly from the spoon. This indicates the right consistency.
3Let the dough rest for 40 minutes, stirring it twice in the middle, to dissolve all the small dough clumps.
4Heat a small pan over low heat, and pour a spoonful of dough into the pan, spreading it evenly from the center.
5When the dough is cooked, crack an egg into it. Use a scraper to press it into an egg liquid (if you don’t have a scraper, use a small wooden spoon), then spread it out in a circular motion.
6Once the egg is set, use a spatula to scrape the whole dough from the edge of the pan, separating the bottom of the dough from the pan.
7Place the finished pancake with a banana and eat it together.
Lunch: Curry Chicken Rice (no further explanation needed, everyone should know.)
Dinner: Low-fat Yogurt with Fruits (Muesli, Avocados, Blueberries, Strawberries, Pineapple, Low-fat Yogurt)
