This set of photos is a 9-exercise program that can cover all muscle groups, can be done once a day or every other day depending on the situation, and provides guidance for beginners and more advanced people. Arnold also pointed out that if you have never really exercised before, it is recommended to spend some time to adapt to the movements and adjust the workout accordingly: if 25 knee bends seem too many, lower it.

Chair rows: 30 reps / 50 reps

If you find it too difficult at the beginning, don't worry about adjusting these exercises: 'If push-ups are too difficult, don't put your hands on the floor, but put them on the counter to make the exercise easier.'
