How to Go from Being Unable to Do a Single Pull-Up to Being Able to Do Standard Pull-Ups!
I just started doing pull-ups and today I did 100 sets of back exercises, completed in groups. I am a girl.
Initially, I had some sports foundation and I do strength training every day. When I wanted to do pull-ups, I learned about the 'pull-up progression' concept. See the diagram
The barbell starts from the chest position, and I do four sets each time, with 15 reps per set. Gradually, when you can adjust it to where you can do 15 reps in a set, you can do a standard pull-up!
When you can do a standard pull-up, you can gradually do many more. People who train frequently know that the growth of sports ability and strength is very fast, as long as you persist and believe in yourself, nothing is impossible!
