Idle Time, Making Kimchi
To combat the virus, I've been staying home for a long time and tried making kimchi.
I. Ingredients
1. Ginger four

2. Garlic: three ranks

3. Chili five

II. Additives
1. Salt: as needed (adjust to your taste)
2. Sugar: two spoons (adjust to your taste)

3. Baijiu: five qian (too much baijiu will be quite heavy)

III. Process
1. Wash and dry the raw materials;
2. Remove the stem and skin and slice the chili;

3. Peel and slice the ginger;
4. Peel and slice the garlic;

5. Add ingredients and stir evenly

6. Bottle (it's best to use a small bottle and jar to make it more convenient to eat, and to avoid excessive contact with air during multiple opening and closing to prevent oxidation and spoilage.

Generally, it can be eaten after 2 to 7 days.
