Chicken Legs Can Be Cooked This Way, Full of Flavor, Soft and Tender

Ingredients: Chicken legs, green onions, garlic, ginger, star anise, edible salt, sugar, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cornstarch
Instructions: 1. Cut the chicken legs into pieces, first soak in water for 5 minutes to remove blood water, then wash and dry them. 2.
