3When the bean skin is slightly yellowish, pour inadd a small bowl of water, just enough to cover the ingredients halfway. Boil and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and adjust the taste.

4Cover and steam for 3-5 minutes, then open the lid and add green garlic, stir-fry until the green garlic changes color and matures, then drizzle in a little water starch to thicken, drizzle with fragrant oil and serve.
