Authentic Korean Mixed Rice (Pear Juice Healthy Version)
Korean Mixed Rice (Pear Juice Healthy Version)
This is a popular Korean mixed rice that you can find on the streets and in small shops. You don't need to go to Korea to eat it, nor do you need to spend a high price at a restaurant. You can make it at home. First, buy a bottle of ‘Korean chili sauce’.

Ingredients and Accessories:
* 3 spoonfuls of Korean chili sauce
* 3 spoonfuls of homemade pear juice
* Various fresh vegetables (generally using bean sprouts, cucumbers, carrots, black fungus, purple garnet…)
* 1 sheet of dried seaweed (kim),
* 1 egg
First, make the sauce:
1 Cut 1/3 of a pear, add a little water, and blend into juice using a blender. If you don’t want to bother, you can simply use Sprite as a substitute. Why don’t we use Sprite? Because beverages are not healthy, they contain too much sugar and are easy to gain weight, and there is a risk of diabetes. I, the editor, am in my pregnancy period and I’m horrified by this.
2 3 spoonfuls of Korean chili sauce, add 3 spoonfuls of pear juice, add white sesame, and adjust to a thick sauce.

Entire process steps:
1 Cut all vegetables into fine strips, a good opportunity to practice knife skills :). Then put them into a pot of boiling water to blanch. I like the original flavor, so I don’t blanch cucumbers, carrots, purple garnet, etc. I eat them raw.

2 Use a stone pot or a larger pot or bowl. First, heat it on the fire (if your material cannot withstand the heat, just skip this step). When the pot is hot, turn off the fire. Be careful not to burn the pot.
3 Spread the rice evenly in the pot.

4 Then arrange all the ingredients in a circular pattern.
5 Fry an egg in a pancake pan until the yolk is just set. Place it in the middle, which looks very beautiful.
6 Finally, add the sauce. If you’re worried that it’s too spicy, add a little at first, and mix it well. If it’s not enough, add more.

Look, the mixed rice is cooked in one pot, bright red and very tempting…
