Missing the taste of Korean cheese hot dogs at home, I love to eat with friends during holidays, let's make one at home today and share it!

Cheese Hot Dogs
❤️ Ingredients: High gluten flour 170g, granulated sugar 25g, chicken powder 2g, milk powder 5g, salt 2g, yeast 2g, egg liquid 30g, milk 70g, butter (room temperature) 15g, hot dogs, cheese slices, egg liquid, bread crumbs, tomato sauce, salad dressing.
❤️ Instructions:
1. Mix the dough with all ingredients except butter, knead for about 5 minutes and add butter to continue kneading into a smooth dough, divide into 50g/piece dough, roll into balls and let it rest for 20 minutes.
2. Cut the hot dog sausage into appropriate length
3. Roll the rested dough into a long strip with a width equal to the hot dog length, place cheese slices and sausage and slowly roll up. Press tightly to close the mouth. Brush egg liquid and put bread crumbs into a 160 degree preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes.
4. After baking, squeeze tomato sauce and salad dressing.
❤ Small Tips ❤
1. It can pull cheese when hot, if you don't have an oven, you can insert bamboo skewers and fry it, be sure to press tightly or the cheese will burst out!
2. If you don't want to knead the dough, you can wrap hot dogs with bread slices, it's more convenient!
