500g high-gluten flour, 5g yeast, 50g butter, 40g sugar, 5g salt, 30g milk powder, 2 eggs
Making process

1. Prepare a clean large basin, add 500g high-gluten flour, 40g sugar, 5g yeast powder, 30g milk powder (you can omit it if you don’t have any), 2 eggs, and mix well with a spoon.

2. Add warm water in small amounts, while adding water, mix continuously until it forms a noose shape, then knead the dough by hand.
3. Knead until the dough is soft and pliable, then add 50g of butter.

4. The dough is slightly sticky to the hand, but not sticking to the steel, indicating that the dough is well-kneaded. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rise to double its size. Except in winter, it's about 2 hours. You can also use steam to proof, which is faster.

5. After the dough has risen, take it out and knead to deflate it, then cut it into uniform small pieces. Let it rest for 5 minutes again.

6. Now let's prepare some red bean paste, and shape it into uniform balls.

7. Knead the risen dough, enclose the red bean paste, shape it like a bun.
8. Flatten the bun and use a rolling pin to roll it into a ribbon shape, and roll both sides.

9. Now the dough roll is this shape, let it rise again for 15 minutes, let the dough become fluffy.

10. Brush egg yolk liquid on the surface of the bread, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds, and it's done. If you use an oven, bake at 160 degrees for about 20 minutes. If you steam it, steam over medium heat for 30 minutes.
