Chicken Breast - Don't Just Fry It, Learn My Method of Deep-Frying
Chicken breast has a high protein content and relatively low fat, so it is a favorite food for fitness enthusiasts. The most common way they make it is boiling, which is light and doesn’t add extra calories. For ordinary people like us, we don’t pay much attention to our bodies, so we prefer to eat it fried or stir-fried, such as Kung Pao Chicken and Chicken Wafers that children love.
Today we are not frying chicken waffles and not stir-frying, adding seaweed and corn to make chicken sticks, just a little stir-fry and it’s delicious and saves oil.
Let’s take a look at how to make it!
Ingredients:
Chicken breast, seaweed, corn, liao jiu -, salt, concentrated chicken broth, white pepper, starch.

Instructions:
Chicken breast is what we usually call chicken breast. Wash the chicken breast with water first, then cut it into thin slices.

Wash the corn with water and cut it into kernels with a knife, and cut it together with the chicken breast into small pieces.

Cut the chicken breast and corn kernels into small pieces and mix them together, then put them into a bowl.

Add half a teaspoon ofliao jiu -) to the chicken filling, one tablespoon of salt, a little concentrated chicken broth, and a little white pepper. Mix the chicken filling evenly.

Then add 1 tablespoon of starch to the mixed chicken filling and mix it evenly. Lift the chicken filling and drop it back into the bowl to make the meat filling more elastic. (When you poke the elastic chicken filling with your finger, it will feel more sticky.)

Take a piece of seaweed, place the chicken filling on one end, and roll the seaweed to wrap the chicken filling. Leave some exposed chicken filling on both ends, which looks more beautiful.
Wipe a little meat filling on the closing part of the seaweed to fix it, so that the seaweed will not fall off.

Pour a little oil into the pot, and fry the chicken sticks.

Fry the chicken sticks until the outer surface is yellow and has elasticity, not flattened, which means they are cooked.
Take it out and serve it in a dish. Adding corn makes this chicken stick more nutritious and improves the taste and texture of the chicken stick. If you like it, you can try it!
