Steps
1. Wash the pig's lung, cut into pieces, scrub with coarse salt, then rinse with water, and then bake dry in a pan to reduce the water output of the pig's lung.
2. Wash and boil the pig's bone in water.
3. Chinese cabbage soak in water, dried vegetable leaves soak in water to remove sand, wash and cut off the tail.
4. South and North Apricot, Dates soak in water, wash and prepare.
5. Add frozen water, ginger, boil and bring to a boil for 10-12 bowls of water, add all ingredients (except the pig's lung), boil for 30-60 minutes, then reduce the heat and boil for another 30-60 minutes.
