Family-Style Toothpicks with Chicken, Perfect Pairing with Garlic Chili Sauce, Even Tastier Than Fried Skewers

Just looking at the color, isn't it unappetizing?
This chicken skewer is the second time Little Rabbit made it. Actually, when she first made it, she relied purely on her intuition for seasoning, but the addition of garlic chili sauce and cumin sesame made the chicken skewers taste upgraded, giving off a nostalgic old-fashioned fried chicken skewer feeling, really delicious.

Ingredients:
Chicken breast 400g, sesame 2 spoons, cumin 1 spoon, garlic chili sauce 2 spoons, 1 spoon, light soy sauce 1 spoon, starch 3 spoons, white pepper powder a little, five-spice powder a little, flavor enhancer a little, salt a little
Tools:
Knife, chicken skewers, disposable gloves

1. Cut the chicken breast into pieces and put them into a bowl;

2. Add five-spice powder, white pepper powder, flavor enhancer, light soy sauce,, garlic chili sauce, cumin, sesame and starch;

3. Use your hands to mix evenly and marinate for 20 minutes;

4. Thread the marinated chicken onto chicken skewers;

5. Heat oil in a pan and put the chicken skewers in one by one, fry over low heat until golden on one side, then flip and fry until golden on the other side;

6. Out of the pot!

Little Rabbit's rambling thoughts
1. Wash the chicken breast and dry it with kitchen paper;
2. Test the oil temperature, insert a chicken skewer vertically into the oil, if it bubbles, it means the oil is ready to be used.
