Five-Spiced Pork with Kidney Beans and Potatoes

Instructions

1Wash the kidney beans and cut them into segments, cut the potatoes into diced blocks, and cut the pork belly into chunks. Chop scallions and garlic for later use.

2Add a little more oil than usual when stir-frying. Add the potatoes to the pot and pan-fry until golden brown, then add the kidney beans. Stir-fry the kidney beans until the outer skin wrinkles slightly, and then remove the two ingredients together.

3When the remaining oil in the pot is added, add the pork belly and stir-fry until the surface is slightly browned. If there is a lot of oil at this time, use a spoon to remove some oil, otherwise the dish will be too greasy.

Spiced Tofu

Instructions:

1Wash the tofu, cut it into blocks of uniform thickness and size, ginger slices, scallions chopped into chopped scallions, garlic mashed for later use.
