Soy Braised Beef Tendons
The savory flavor of this dish comes from our homemade sauce.
Ingredients: 300g braised beef tendons, 50g pork belly, 80g onion slices, 50g homemade sauce, dried chilies, chopped green onions, salt, MSG, chicken powder, light soy sauce, cornstarch, salad oil as needed
Instructions:
1. Cut the braised beef tendons into one-piece strips. Cook the pork belly and cut it into diced. Slice the onions and set them on a hot iron plate.
2. Heat a clean pot with a little salad oil. First, stir-fry the pork belly until it releases oil, then stir-fry with the homemade sauce until fragrant, add an appropriate amount of water and add the beef tendons and dried chilies, add salt, light soy sauce, MSG and chicken powder, simmer until flavorful, then thicken with cornstarch slurry and sprinkle with chopped green onions, serve on an iron plate lined with onion slices, ready.
Note: The homemade sauce is made by mixing sand tea sauce, seafood sauce and spicy sauce in a 1:1:1 ratio.
