Instructions: 1. Peel and steam the yam for 15 minutes, then rinse with water. 2. Cool and soak in homemade coconut cream for 5 hours, then drain. 3. Arrange in a dish, sprinkle with popping candy, and garnish with mint leaves.

Homemade Coconut Cream: 500g coconut cream, 250g milk, sugar 50g, honey 50g, mixed together and stirred until well combined.
