Ingredients
Milk 100g Cream 200g Sugar 15-20g (I used 15g of egg powder, 3 eggs (about 50g each)
Zero-Fail Caramel Pudding Recipe
The cream is just a small box, won't waste it!

Pour sugar, milk and cream into the pot, heat over low heat and stir until the sugar melts, then let it cool naturallyI added some brown sugar powder, if not, just use white sugar

Beat 3 egg yolks
Slowly pour the cooled milk liquid into the egg yolk liquid, stir until smooth! Then strain it, this will make the pudding texture smoother.

Preheat the oven, pour the strained liquid into the containers evenly, place in a pan of water (if it's cold, use hot water, if it's hot, it doesn't matter), put it in the oven, middle rack. Top and bottom heat 170 degrees for 30 minutes. Due to different oven temperatures, the specific time depends on whether the caramel color appears.

Done✌️It can be eaten hot or cold, two flavors!

It can also make 8-9 full egg tarts, reduce the oven time by about 3 minutes. About 12 pieces! I bought the egg tart crust
Tips
1. I added about 15g of sugar, adjust the sweetness yourself 😜
Desserts can't be sweet, they won't be desserts
2. Putting water in the pan increases the humidity of the oven, making the pudding texture smoother;
3. If you think the egg yolk flavor is too strong, add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg yolks;
→ Also, this recipe only used egg yolks, don't waste the remaining egg whites for making bean curd, sesame crispy pie or double skin milkThey're all delicious.
4. 170 degrees is the temperature of my oven. Different ovens have different temperaments, you need to master it yourself.
