Ingredients:
400g Three-Color Chicken, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, a little old soy sauce, 5g salt, 10g ginger, 6 dried shiitake mushrooms, 15g scallions, 10g garlic
Cooking Steps:
1. Prepare the ingredients shown in the picture
