5 Minutes, Crispy Japanese Tofu, Egg Flavor, Tender and Smooth, Delicious and Tasty

Crispy Japanese Tofu

Ingredients:3 pieces of Japanese tofu, 30g onion, 1 red bell pepper, 30g potato starch, 30g green onion, 2 shiitake mushrooms, 4 green onion roots, 3 cloves of garlic

Prepare seasonings:30ml soy sauce, 30ml beer, 7ml oyster sauce, 5g white sugar, 10g white pepper, 7g salt

Instructions:

1. Process the tofu: Cut the Japanese tofu in half with a knife, remove the packaging, and cut it into 6 pieces of uniform size. (Cutting directly with the packaging won't break the tofu easily~)

2. Coat with starch: Coat the cut Japanese tofu with a layer of potato starch. (Use force gently.)

3. Fry the tofu: Pour oil into the pot, wait until the oil is hot before adding the Japanese tofu. Fry until golden brown and remove. (When the tofu turns golden brown and floats on the surface, you can take it out. Frying for too long will burn and affect the taste.)

4. Dice: Cut the shiitake mushrooms, bell pepper, onion, and garlic into small pieces.

5. Make the sauce: Mix soy sauce, beer, oyster sauce, white sugar, white pepper, and salt in a bowl. (After mixing, use chopsticks to gently stir to dissolve the salt and white sugar.)

6. Sauté the auxiliary ingredients: Pour a little edible oil into the pot, heat the pot, and then add the garlic, onion, and bell pepper. Sauté until fragrant.

7. Sauté the Japanese tofu: After the auxiliary ingredients are fragrant, add the Japanese tofu and stir-fry evenly. (Remember to stir-fry gently and don't mash the tofu.)

8. Pour in the sauce: When the tofu is almost cooked, pour in the prepared sauce. (Remember to pour and stir quickly when pouring in the sauce.)

9. Add water starch: After the sauce boils, add water starch to thicken the sauce.

10. Serve: When the sauce is almost thick, you can serve it. Sprinkle with chopped green onion for a more fragrant flavor.
