How is this combination of crispy and tender achieved? Fresh tofu is evenly coated with egg liquid and starch, and fried in a pan until golden brown. If you deep-fry it directly, it will be quite greasy. This method is both simple and energy-saving. Everyone, buy a block of tofu and try it tomorrow!
