Even staying home can have a good diet: Making small crispy pork for dinner, my daughter enjoys it very much.
Today, the weather is cloudy, raining, and a bit of a sea breeze. I feel just like the weather – low on mood and motivation. Since I've been home every day, I've mostly been thinking about what to eat next, and when I open my (friends circle), most people are sharing food. I think it's probably because food is the only thing that can heal us when our hearts are restless. Tonight, Mom's Helper bought me a piece of pork, which is usually used for stir-frying. This time, I'm going to make something similar – a small crispy pork dish for the family to try.

Ingredients: pork (with a bit of fat is better), yam noodles, one scallion (you can use any vegetable as a side dish, such as carrot shreds or green onions), a little sugar, a little vinegar, and appropriate amounts of soy sauce and salt.

Cut the pork into large pieces and marinate with a little salt and soy sauce for half an hour.
Coat the pork with yam noodle paste. It's like this.

Heat up the pan with oil, then fry the pork pieces until they turn golden brown. You can actually eat them like this, crispy on the outside, a bite is a treat.

Add a little sugar and a few drops of vinegar to the hot pan, then add the scallions and put the crispy pork in to stir-fry until everything is mixed evenly, so the pork is coated with the yam noodle paste.
It's done like this. It's very crispy and slightly sweet, very appetizing, and very satisfying.

If you like it, you can give it a try! My daughter ate it mouthful after mouthful, with a very satisfied expression.
