Instructions:

1. Soak the sticky rice for an hour in advance, wash the chicken wings and cut them into flower shape, ginger and garlic mince, green onion white green, dried chili peppers mince ready.

2. Place the cut chicken wings into flower shape in a bowl, add ginger, garlic, green onion white, dried chili peppers, appropriate amount of salt, sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce and mix well, then add starch and mix evenly, marinate for 10 minutes.

3. Place the chicken wings into the sticky rice and roll around to evenly coat with a layer of sticky rice.

4. After the water boils, put it on the fire and steam for 30 minutes, sprinkle with chopped green onion before serving.

White Dry Braised Sausages

Ingredients: Sausages, white dry, green onions, ginger, wine, soy sauce, sesame oil, white sugar

Instructions:

1. Cut the white dry into slices, cut the sausages into thin slices, ginger cut into slices, green onion cut into segments.

2. Lay a layer of white dry on the bottom, and then lay a layer of sausages on top.

3. Make the sauce: water, wine, white sugar, soy sauce mix evenly, pour on the white dry and sausages, and then add ginger and green onion segments.
