Congee Chicken

Ingredients:

Chicken, Chinese yam, ginger, scallion, salt

Instructions:

1. Wash and cut the chicken into pieces

2. Add water to the pot, add the chicken pieces, bring to a boil, and cook for about 20 minutes

3. Add the yam and cook for another 10 minutes

4. Add the scallions and season with salt to taste.

Home-style Chicken Stew

Instructions:

Prepare an appropriate amount of dried shiitake mushrooms, chopped green peppers, cut the potatoes into chunks, and prepare the chicken legs. Remove the bones and cut them into pieces a little smaller than the potato chunks and soak them in water to remove the blood

Tips: You can add or reduce the amount of side dishes as needed, as long as you don't remove the potatoes, because I think potatoes or even chicken is tastier.
