Sour Pepper Noodles


Ingredients: Sausage, sweet potato noodles, chili bean sauce, vinegar, chili powder, scallions, ginger, coriander, peanut oil, chicken broth

Beef Sour Pepper Noodles


Ingredients: Beef, sweet potato noodles, tofu skin, ginger, scallions, (liao jiu - liquor), salt, vinegar, chicken broth, pepper, chili oil

Instructions:

1Cut the beef into small pieces, chop the scallion into segments, slice the ginger.

2Put the beef in a cold water pot, add high heat until blood is separated, then drain and wash.

3Put the blanched beef into a pressure cooker.

4Add an appropriate amount of water to cover the beef, then add scallion and ginger slices, add (liao jiu - liquor).

5Put the pressure cooker on the fire, add high heat, bring to a boil, skim off the foam, then cover and cook at low heat for 30 minutes, then turn off the heat.
