My Slimming Meal, My Weight, I Decide
Having gained a little weight over the holidays, I finally decided to make a plan, starting with my three meals a day. I'll start with my slimming meal, I'm in charge of my weight, and I'm in charge of my youth.
Breakfast:
One or two boiled eggs, one slice of whole wheat bread.
After breakfast, exercise for 30 minutes, walk to work.
Lunch:
Boiled green vegetables with chicken breast slices, all boiled.

Dinner can be eaten according to personal preference, such as apples and kiwi
Or not eat.
Especially at noon, the small green vegetables and the best cold dressing are simply delicious, not only satisfying the taste, but also satisfying the taste buds, and most importantly, my weight is steadily decreasing.
If I keep this up, I'll lose at least 5-10 pounds in a month, combined with exercise, it will be even easier to reach my ideal weight.
My slimming meal, my favorite, slowly my eating habits have changed, from enjoying spicy food to now a list of meals, I have to say: 'This slimming meal is great'.
