Process:

Peel and slice the yam into strands, many people say that when processing yam, hands will feel itchy. Gently roll up from one side of the tofu skin, pinch it slightly. Leave a little gap on both sides to avoid exposing the filling. Don't brush water on the tofu skin, the moisture from the yam strands is enough. Place the wrapped yam roll on a plate that has been oiled, and steam it for 15 minutes after the water boils.

Take out the steamed yam roll, let it cool slightly, and cut it into pieces about 1 centimeter in length.
