①, Cut the green beans into strips, cut bell peppers and chili peppers into strips. Crush the garlic.
After cutting the meat into strips, add it to a bowl with salt, (liao jiu -), soy sauce, oyster sauce, 2g oil, and cornstarch. Mix evenly with a spatula and marinate for 5 minutes.
②, Heat up the pot with water. Once boiling, add salt and a little cooking oil. Add the green beans and blanch them in 3-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
③, Heat up the pot with oil. Sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the minced pork and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the green bell peppers, red bell peppers, and green beans. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add a little oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, MSG, and chicken powder. Stir-fry quickly until combined. Turn off the heat and serve immediately.
