❤Ingredients: 3 slices of toast, 2 eggs, 10g cornstarch, 15g sugar, 150g yogurt
❤Steps:
1. Separate an egg yolk and egg white, reserve the egg yolk
2. Beat two egg whites and one egg yolk into a bowl with sugar, cornstarch, yogurt, and stir until smooth
3. Use a spoon to press out a pit in the toast and pour in the yogurt, then drizzle with the beaten egg yolk
4. Preheat the oven at 170 degrees for 10 minutes, bake for about 30~35 minutes

1. The yogurt must be a thick yogurt, select a thicker one to make yogurt toast, thin yogurt is easy to rot, affecting the taste
