Coriander 1 root | Carrot 1 small piece


Operation steps


1 . Take two sheets and blanch in boiling water for about 1 minute


2 . Cut the bean curd skin into strips about 20*8cm long


3 . Fold one sheet in half and cut about 3mm wide 'comb-like' thin strips at the fold

Don't cut through the edges, approximately reserve 0.6cm


4 . Roll up the bean curd skin along the edges, leaving the un-cut base inserted with toothpicks for fixing


5 . Make the remaining bean curd skins in a neat arrangement for plating

6 . Cut a small piece of carrot into slices and small pieces, placing them in the center of the bean curd 'flowers' as the flower buds; coriander leaves are inserted on the plate edge as flower leaves


7 Soy sauce, salt, vinegar and oil are mixed into a bowl, ready to eat~

The sauce can be dipped to eat, or evenly poured on the bean curd flowers
