Instructions:

1Select tender leaves of cabbage, remove the core and pat with a knife, cut into cubes, wash and drain the water, season with a little salt, squeeze out the excess water for later use.

2In a small bowl, place salt, sugar, vinegar, scallions, and cornstarch to make the sauce.

3Heat a pot, add lard, when the oil is about 80% hot, put Sichuan peppercorns into the pot and fry them out, then add dried chili flakes, fry until the chili is a reddish-brown color, add the cabbage and stir-fry until cooked, then pour in the sauce and stir-fry evenly, and serve in a bowl.
