Separate the eggs, egg yolks and egg whites. Dilute a little apricot jam with water to brush the surface of the finished product, making it glossy.

Beat egg yolks with powdered sugar until the volume increases one, add vanilla essence, and beat evenly. Sift in half of the flour and mix evenly with a spatula.

Beat egg whites in an electric mixer. First, beat at a low speed until foamed, then increase the speed and gradually add powdered sugar until soft peaks are formed.

Pour half of the beaten egg whites into the egg yolk and flour mixture, fold gently, then sift in the remaining flour and mix, add the remaining beaten egg whites and mix evenly.

Use a rectangular baking pan lined with parchment paper. Pour the batter evenly. Preheat the oven to 350F/180C and bake for about 12 minutes.

After the cake comes out of the oven, remove the parchment paper and let it cool for a few minutes before sprinkling with powdered sugar. Roll it up with raspberry sauce and put it in the refrigerator.

After the cake is cold in the refrigerator, cut it into 2cm thick slices. Place a glass bowl with a layer of food film, arrange the cake slices.

Homemade Toast

Ingredients: Strong flour, butter, salt, yeast, milk powder, powdered sugar, eggs, milk, shredded coconut.

Prepare the filling: Soften the butter, add powdered sugar and beat until fluffy, add egg liquid in two batches, mix until absorbed, add milk in two batches, mix until absorbed, slightly separate oil does not affect, add shredded coconut, mix and set aside.

Turn the cut surface up, twist into an 8-shaped, squeeze the two ends tightly, put it into the toast mold, let it ferment until 90% full, 190 degrees for 40 minutes to cool and demold.
