Instructions:

1. Wash and cut the chicken breast into small pieces

3. Add 2 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of white sugar, appropriate amount of black pepper powder, appropriate amount of cornstarch, and appropriate amount of scallion ginger garlic minced

4. Add cornstarch and mix well, adding cornstarch will make the meat more tender and more viscous
