Country Vegetable West Sichuan Kimchi Catfish
Ingredients: 500g Catfish, 80g Kimchi Slime, 60g Kimchi Radish Slime, 30g Kimchi Garlic Slime, 30g Kimchi Chili Powder, 20g Dried Green Sichuan Pepper, Green Onion, Celery Powder, Wild Sichuan Pepper Water, Salt, Liquor, Pepper, Chicken Extract, Flavoring Agent, Vinegar, Oil, Sichuan Pepper Oil, Vegetable Oil (as needed)
Instructions:
1. Dispatch the catfish, remove internal organs, rinse thoroughly with water, and drain.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a clean pan, first sauté kimchi slime, kimchi radish slime, kimchi garlic slime, kimchi chili powder, dried green Sichuan pepper and chili peppers to release aroma and flavor, then add catfish and sauté briefly, add water to bring to a boil, season with salt, liquor, pepper, flavoring agent, chicken extract, vinegar, and wild Sichuan pepper water until the catfish is fully infused with flavor, drizzle in Sichuan pepper oil and vegetable oil, garnish with celery powder and green onion before serving.
