Learn to Make Exclusive Lazy Man’s Bread: 1 Bowl of Flour, 3 Eggs, No Oven Required, Fluffy, Soft, and Sweet

Exclusive Lazy Man’s Bread
Ingredients: Flour, Eggs, Black Sesame, Yeast Powder
Seasoning: White Sugar, Edible Oil
1Pour 250g flour into a bowl, add 3 eggs, 3g yeast powder and 45g white sugar, this bread doesn’t need a drop of water, mix evenly with chopsticks.
2After mixing to this state, almost no dry powder remains, presenting a doughy appearance, then add 20g edible oil, start kneading until smooth, be patient, knead for several minutes, the texture will be better.

3Knead the dough, cover it with a lid, place it in a warm place for proofing until it’s twice its original size, as shown in the picture, it’s very soft.

4Take out the dough, knead it for 3-5 minutes to expel the air, shape it into a long strip, divide it into four parts, according to your situation, no matter how much you mix with flour, it doesn’t matter, just increase it.

5Knead each dough piece into a long strip, start from one end and roll it up, press the bottom when you finish, do this method for all of them.

6Prepare four empty bowls, the size is pretty suitable, brush a layer of edible oil on the sides and bottom of the bowls, place the dough into the bowls, this step prevents sticking when taken out.
7Take an egg yolk, leave the egg white, and stir it into a small bowl, fully mix it.

8Brush each dough with a layer of egg liquid and sprinkle with black sesame, don’t rush to heat, cover with a lid for secondary proofing for 15 minutes, let the dough relax for a while, when the time is up, cover with a food-grade film.9Water boils, put it on the pot, boil it first, then steam, the amount of water should be kept sufficient, because it needs to be steamed over high heat for 40 minutes, don’t let the pot dry up.
