Peel and slice the bamboo shoots into strips, slice the mushrooms, chop the pork.

Heat oil in a pot, add water spinach and stir-fry until cooked, season with salt and serve immediately, leave a small hollow in the middle when plating.

In a separate pot, heat vegetable oil, add mushroom and meat and stir-fry until fragrant. Add a little salt and soy sauce and stir-fry evenly to make a thin sauce.

Pour the stir-fried sauce into the center of the bamboo shoots, mix well before eating.

Cold Mixed Cucumber with Seaweed

Wash and cut the seaweed into fine threads, cut the carrots into fine threads, cut the chicken breast into fine threads, press the garlic into a paste.
