After so long being a homebody, I finally got to enjoy hot pot! All the meat and vegetables are complete, it's really satisfying!

It's been a long time since I've been a homebody, and finally the couple had a hot pot!

I always make an appointment with a few friends to eat hot pot every month, and if I don't eat a few meals a month, I'm really drooling. This Chinese New Year, except for going out to buy vegetables, I've been staying at home, eating and drinking, and sleeping and sleeping.

There were countless times during this period when I wanted to eat hot pot, and finally it was realized today. Yesterday night, I wrote down the ingredients to eat hot pot on paper, and my husband got fully equipped and went to the supermarket to purchase it, and also bought the fresh vegetables and fruits needed for the next few days.

And I, along with my husband, can't eat spicy, so we bought a clear soup base, and after washing the vegetables, we can eat it, which is convenient and saves time. Eating hot pot at home is both stylish and satisfying. The meat and vegetables are all complete, absolutely sufficient, and eating is very comfortable and at ease.

Sesame paste must be made by myself to be delicious. A few days ago, two bottles of sesame peanut butter and fragrant oil sauce were delivered, with minced garlic, coriander, a little salt and broth added, which tasted super delicious.

A total of nine ingredients were prepared, with three types of meat: beef, chicken, and meatballs. The others are all vegetables. Perhaps because it's been a long time since I've eaten hot pot, the amount prepared is a bit more. My husband and I don't finish eating a meal, beef is eaten two-thirds at noon, and meatballs are still left a lot. We continued to eat it in the evening after cooking the pot, and didn't waste anything.

Share it with you, we, a couple, ate two meals of hot pot a day at home, which is economical, delicious and at ease. It's really drooling!
