Spicy, Fragrant, and Delicious Stir-Fried Pork
Jiangnan Xiaochao Rou
Ingredients
500g Pork Belly, 300g Green Peppers, 300g Red Peppers
Seasonings
4g Salt, 3g Chicken Powder, Oyster Sauce, Old Soy Sauce, Chili Oil, Pepper, Appropriate Amount of Peanut Oil, Corn Starch
Instructions
1 Cut the pork belly into slices, marinate with oyster sauce, old soy sauce and cornstarch; Green peppers, red peppers washed and sliced into circles.
2 Heat the oil in a pan, put the meat slices in and stir-fry over high heat until changed color, then remove.
3 Put in the green peppers, red peppers and stir-fry for a moment, then put the meat slices back in to stir-fry, add salt, chicken powder, chili oil and liquor for seasoning, plate and serve.
Kuaizi Xiaochao Rou
Ingredients
500g Pork Belly, 200g Red Chili Peppers, 300g Garlic Chives, 300g Celery
Seasonings
3g Salt, 2g MSG, Doubanjiang (Fermented Broad Bean Paste), Old Soy Sauce, Peanut Oil, Liquor, Fragrant Oil (Sha Zha Jiang)
Instructions
1 Cut the pork belly into slices; Red chili peppers washed and sliced into circles; Garlic chives and celery washed and cut into segments.
2 Heat the oil in a pan, put the meat slices in and stir-fry until changed color, then add red chili peppers, garlic chives, celery and stir-fry for a moment.
2 Put all the seasonings in to stir-fry, turn off the heat and plate.
Hangzhou Xiaochao Rou
Ingredients
300g Lean Pork, 150g Hangzhou Peppers, 200g Red Peppers, Appropriate Amount of Green Onions
Seasonings
4g Salt, 2g MSG, Corn Starch, Old Soy Sauce, Peanut Oil, Oyster Sauce
Instructions
1 Cut the lean pork into slices, marinate with cornstarch, old soy sauce and oyster sauce; Hangzhou peppers, red peppers and green onions washed and cut into segments.
2 Heat the oil in a pan, put the lean pork in to stir-fry until eight minutes cooked, then turn off the heat and plate, put in the green onions, Hangzhou peppers, red peppers and stir-fry for a moment.
