Chicken Foot with Peanut Soup

Ingredients:
2 Chicken Feet, 400g Pork Bone, 25g Red Peel Peanuts, 5 Red Dates, 4 Shiitake Mushrooms, 10g Lychee Flower, 15g Chinese Wolfberry (), 4 Slices of Ginger, Salt to taste
Cooking Steps:
1. Wash all the ingredients.

2. Soak red peel peanuts for 30 minutes.

3. Soak shiitake mushrooms for 15 minutes.

4. Place chicken feet and pork bone with ginger slices in a pot and bring to a boil, removing the blood water.
5. Put all ingredients including chicken feet, pork bone and ginger slices in a slow cooker, bring to a boil and then simmer for 1.5 hours on low heat.

6. Season with appropriate amount of salt before serving.
