Addictive Braised Flavor Recipe

Main Ingredients: Pig's Feet, Chicken Feet, Beef, Pork Belly, Eggs – buy whatever you like!
After buying the meat, rinse it first, then wash it clean.
Prepare a big pot, with a bamboo mat at the bottom to prevent the meat from burning.
Put all the main ingredients into the pot (remember to add a piece of fatty pork belly when braising any ingredient), add rock sugar, ginger slices, and spices in a spice bag.
Prepare a separate pot to make a high-quality broth, such as: bone broth (if you don't have bone broth, you can use water instead).
Add chicken powder, salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, and a little oyster sauce and sesame oil in appropriate amounts (remember to always use soy sauce, not dark soy sauce, dark soy sauce will easily discolor the braised ingredients). Add the prepared broth until it covers the braising ingredients. The braising ingredients can be a bit salty, it's better if it's a little salty, otherwise it won't taste good. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to a simmer.
The braising time for different ingredients varies according to the method:
Pig's belly: 35-45 minutes, beef: 40-50 minutes, chicken feet: 30 minutes, pig's feet: 1 hour
The braising time for pig's belly is very important, if it exceeds the time, the pig's belly will not be crispy, it won't be edible.
Duck heart only needs to be braised for 10 minutes.
Chicken wings only need to be braised for 15 minutes.
