How to Make Simple Tomato Kelp Soup
Tomato Kelp Soup
Ingredients: Tomato 300g, Kelp (dried) 15g, Green Onion or Scallion 5g
Seasonings: Salt 3g, Chicken Broth or Flavoring 2g, Vegetable Oil 20g
Instructions:
1Soak kelp in water, chop green onion/scallion
2Wash tomatoes and cut into pieces. Heat oil in a pot, sauté tomatoes until slightly softened
3Add water to the pot, bring to a boil, add kelp, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken broth for seasoning, simmer briefly and garnish with chopped scallions
