Cinnamon Squid
Main Ingredients:
Squid 1 piece Cinnamon 10g
Accessories:
Salt 3g Peanut Oil 15g
Instructions:
1. Wash the squid, cut into strips about 2cm wide
2. Put the cut squid in a bowl with salt
3. Use your hands to mix evenly, marinate for about 10 minutes
4. Heat a lot of peanut oil in a pot
5. Put the squid in the pot and stir-fry
6. After steaming, pour out the water.
7. Pour in a lot of cinnamon
8. Stir-fry until the squid is evenly coated with cinnamon powder.
