700g of dried diced chicken
200g of pig bones
5-7 dried shiitake mushrooms
One can of abalone
As many clams as you like
Materials:
One scallion
10 slices of ginger
100ml of Phoenix wine
A pinch of salt

Steps:

1. Prepare to make Phoenix nut soup. First, soak and then cold water soak the phoenix nuts for 20 hours in the refrigerator

2. After boiling, there will be some expansion, but it is not yet good. Add scallions, ginger, and two lids of Shaoxing wine to cook the phoenix nuts and remove the fishy smell. After 5 minutes, turn off the heat and let it cool.

3. When heated, it will start to curl. Soaking and softening, cutting into pieces for use. First soak dried shiitake mushrooms in water.

4. Put a pot of water, add ginger and a little wine to blanch the chicken and pig bones to remove the fishy smell.

5. After the meat is taken out, it can be rinsed with water to remove impurities. After the dried shiitake mushrooms are softened, they can be added to the pot and stir-fried briefly, then add -> meat -> phoenix nuts -> 3-5 slices of ginger -> 100ml of Phoenix wine, then boil and stew for about 30 minutes (I also add corn kernels to make the soup sweeter, you can add or not).
