Today I'm sharing cold shredded chicken. The sauce is rich and flavorful, and one bite is super satisfying and enjoyable.
Ingredients:
1 chicken leg, 1/2 white radish.
Seasonings:
2 spoons of (liao jiu -), chopped green onion, ginger, star anise, a little bay leaf, 3 spoons of soy sauce, 2 spoons of vinegar, 1 spoon of sugar, white pepper, 3 spoons of chili oil, 1 spoon of sesame paste, 1 spoon of peanut fragments, 1 spoon of roasted sesame seeds, 1 spoon of minced garlic, chopped green onion and coriander, 1 spoon of fragrant oil.
Instructions:
Remove the bones from the chicken leg, and put it in a pot with cold water.
Add (liao jiu -), chopped green onion, ginger, star anise, and bay leaf.
Boil for 20 minutes.
Add ice water and cool.
In a bowl, add 3 spoons of soy sauce, 2 spoons of vinegar, 1 spoon of sugar, white pepper, 3 spoons of chili oil.
Add 1 spoon of sesame paste, add peanut fragments, roasted sesame seeds, minced garlic, chopped green onion, and coriander, add a few drops of fragrant oil, and stir until well combined.
Lay out radish shreds on a plate,
Cut the chicken leg into pieces,
Arrange the chicken leg on the plate,
Drizzle with the seasoning sauce,
