Egg and Tofu Pancake

Ingredients:
150g tofu, 1 egg, 2 scallions, salt to taste, a little old soy sauce, appropriate amount of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of black pepper, 30g flour, appropriate amount of edible oil
Cooking steps:
1. Mash the tofu and chop the scallions into chopped scallions.
