Ingredients:
Chicken half a piece, green peppers as needed, chili peppers as needed, yuba mi half a small bowl, scallions 3, ginger 2, pickled ginger 2, garlic 6-7 cloves, doubanjiang (fermented broad bean paste) one teaspoon, cooking wine as needed, light soy sauce as needed, old soy sauce one teaspoon, peppercorns as needed
