Crystal jelly is a very popular local delicacy, belonging to the dessert category, with a chewy and soft texture, and can be added with fillings or fruits, dried fruits, etc., to make the flavor more rich.

Today I'm sharing this crystal jelly, which has a special texture, in addition to its unique chewy and soft texture, it also has a granular feeling, and it's more chewy to chew. Because it contains this ingredient, the crystal jelly is no longer ordinary. The ingredient added is,quinoa, its protein content is relatively high, and it has a special aroma. Making it into crystal jelly is not only delicious but also increases the nutrition of the dessert. For those who like quinoa, you must try making this delicacy, and it will further enhance the deliciousness of quinoa.

The method is very simple, it adopts the steaming method, so most families can easily make it. It uses crystal jelly powder, its main component is tapioca starch, so if you have tapioca starch at home, you can also make it. 4, Cut the carrot into thin slices, use a flower-shaped mold to cut out small flowers for decoration, or you can decorate with goji berries.

5, Lightly brush a layer of oil on the mold, then put the cut carrot flowers in the bottom.

6, Cool the quinoa, filter out the moisture, pour 200g of quinoa water into a container, add sugar 40-50g, if you like it sweeter, you can increase it to 50g, then pour in crystal jelly powder, this powder is mainly tapioca starch, mix and stir well.

10, Divide the batter into containers, put them into a steamer or a steamer.

11, Bring a pot of water to a boil, put it on the pot and steam for about 10 minutes, or put it into a steamer and steam for about 10 minutes.

12, The sign of steaming is that the white turns transparent. After steaming, let it cool, and it will be sticky when hot, and it won't stick when it cools down. It's also easy to demold.

13, Use your hand to break it open, because it's chewy, it won't break when you pull it open, and it's very easy to demold. Turn it over to the plate for consumption.

Tips
1, The prepared paste is not a particularly thin kind, slightly viscous but has a flowing property.
2, The batter will have some batter clumps, it needs to be sifted, some loss will occur.
3, The steamer mold is best to brush a thin layer of oil, easy to demold, don't brush too much oil.
4, The steaming time depends on the amount of batter poured into the mold, when it's steamed, the sign is that the inside becomes transparent.
5, Need to warm it up or let it cool down before demolding, try to eat it within 1 day.
