Sharing the Recipe for Sweet Sesame Paste and Brown Sugar Crepes

Crust ingredients:
150g flour;
Filling ingredients: brown sugar, sesame paste, sesame oil, flour ((ratio of 2:1:1:2));
Instructions:
1. Add an appropriate amount of hot water to the flour, stir into a snowy state, then add a little cold water, and rub into a smooth dough, cover with plastic film for 20 minutes
2. Put two spoonfuls of brown sugar, one spoonful of sesame paste, one spoonful of sesame oil, and two spoonfuls of flour into a bowl and mix into the filling;
3. Rub the dough into a long strip, then divide it into uniform small doughs
4. Slightly round each dough and press it flat, then squeeze it into a pie crust with a thicker middle and thinner edge (or you can also use a rolling pin)
5. Put an appropriate amount of red sugar filling into the crust, slowly close it with the tiger mouth and seal the edge
6. Place the edge facing down on the cutting board, then press it flat with your hands to form a pie blank
7. Add oil to the flat-bottomed pan, and put the pie blank in, and slowly fry it until golden on one side, then turn it over and fry until golden brown and slightly raised in the middle
