Breakfast Check-in: Super Delicious Shrimp and Pork Dumpling () - Save and Learn!
Super delicious shrimp and pork dumpling! Save it and learn it slowly!

Ingredients:
Shrimp 200g, pork filling 300g, green onion 3 stems, ginger 1 small piece, 1 egg, white pepper, salt, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, seaweed
Instructions:
1. Chop green onion and ginger into fine pieces; peel and chop shrimp into paste, chop pork filling too, until it starts to become sticky!

2. In a bowl, put chopped green onion and ginger, shrimp paste, pork filling, add 1 egg, then add a small spoonful of white pepper, a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of sugar, a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of sesame oil and a few drops of sesame oil, use chopsticks to stir in one direction with force, stir until the pork filling becomes firm

3. Wrap dumplings: Place a small lump of meat filling in the dumpling wrapper, then fold the dumpling wrapper in half, and then fold it again, smear meat filling in the middle of the folded dumpling wrapper (my common method is to put chopsticks in the middle and pull them out, because the meat filling is enough to stick the dumpling wrapper tightly), then pinch lightly
4. Bring water to a boil and cook the dumplings
5. While cooking the dumplings, make a super simple and delicious soup: Put a piece of seaweed and a small bunch of chopped green onion in a bowl, add a half spoonful of salt, then pour hot water to dissolve it, and finally add a few drops of sesame oil
6. Take out the cooked dumplings and put them in the soup to eat!

Warm tips
1. The more shrimp you put in, the more chewy the dumplings will be!
2. Make sure to chop both shrimp and pork filling until it starts to become sticky and has a viscous feeling, this way the dumpling filling will be firmer and tastier
3. When stirring the meat filling, stir in one direction, otherwise the texture will be bad. Stir until the meat filling becomes firm

4. With this much meat filling, you can pack about 50 dumplings (depending on how much meat filling you like to put in the dumplings, if you make small dumplings, you can put more in! But I always can't help but put a lot of meat into it haha)
