Preparation of Duck Grawnola
Ingredients:
100g rice, 1 boiled egg, 50g salted lean meat strips, scallions, ginger, 1200ml water, 1 small spoon of salt, 1 small spoon of liquor, a few drops of fragrant oil
Steps:
1. Place the boiled egg in a pot and cook for 3 minutes.
2. Peel the boiled egg, dice it into small pieces, chop scallions into segments, and slice ginger into filaments.
3. Wash the rice, drain it, and soak it in an appropriate amount of water for 30 minutes.
4. Bring the rice to a boil over high heat and then reduce the heat to simmer until the rice grains are in bloom and the porridge is viscous.
5. Pour in the meat strips and cook until the meat turns pale in color.
6. Add the boiled egg pieces, stir well.
7. Add salt, stir well, and cook for 2 minutes. Finally, drizzle a few drops of fragrant oil before serving.

Ingredients:
150g rice, 100g pork (or beef sirloin), 2 boiled eggs, 1 small piece of ginger, 1 scallion, 1/2 teaspoon (3ml) fragrant oil, 1 teaspoon (5g) salt, 2 liters of water.
Preparation:
1. Wash and soak the rice, put it in water, add fragrant oil and stir, and let it sit for 30 minutes. Cut ginger into fine filaments, chop scallions into chopped pieces. Cut boiled eggs into small pieces.
2. Cut the pork into slices, then into strips, and finally into small granules. Put it in a bowl, add 1/4 teaspoon (1g) salt, stir well, and marinate for 20 minutes.
3. Pour water into the pot, bring to a boil, then pour in the meat pieces, cook for a while when the surface has a lot of bubbles, use a spoon to thoroughly remove the foam, then pour in half of the boiled egg pieces, then pour in ginger filaments, cook for about 2 minutes, then pour in the soaked rice, reduce the heat to simmer for 40 minutes, every 5 minutes use a spoon to stir along the same direction, to prevent the boiled eggs from sticking to the bottom of the pot.

150g rice, 250g lean pork, 50g dried bean curd (fermented tofu), 2 boiled eggs, 30g shredded wheat, 40g vegetable oil, 8g salt, 3g flavor enhancer, 3g fragrant oil

1. Cut the lean pork into two pieces, use salt to coat on both sides, put it in the refrigerator to marinate overnight.

3.
